I was introduced to canopy tours first in Hazyview, South Africa. I whizzed through the trees on a zip line high above the forest floor. This activity was our main purpose for heading to what seemed to be the adventure capital of northwestern South Africa. But...great news. There is now a canopy tour at my favorite park in Swaziland, Malalocha. What a great way to decompress and relax after a stressful work week! Add to the adventure a day of hiking, a fundraising event that took me to the top of nearby Sibebe rock with 3000 other individuals at 7 AM on a Sunday morning, and I had a full Swaziland winter experience!
